About Shipping

1. All shipping is by UPS unless you request otherwise by emailing our Orders folks.
2. Many of our customers are buying nuts and candies as gifts, and we would be glad to include a giftcard and ship to another address. Please include instructions on the order form or email the Russell's store with your name and order details.
3. Only roasted, frosted, or candied pecan nuts can be shipped in the clear Texas-shaped trays.

Hot Weather Shipping

Chocolate candies cannot be shipped in hot weather, usually from June-September. Limited express carrier shipping during these months is possible, please call the Russell's store for advice. You can always pick up chocolate candies at the Russell's Store during hot weather months.
