About Shipping
- All shipping is by UPS unless you request otherwise by emailing our Orders folks.
- Many of our customers are buying nuts and candies as gifts, and we would be glad to include a giftcard and ship to another address. Please email the Russell's store right after you pay through PayPal with your name and order details.
- Only roasted, frosted, or candied pecan nuts can be shipped in the clear Texas-shaped trays.
"Ship to" help
To ship Russell's products to another person, ADD an address in the SHIP TO block during your order review on Pay Pal. This new address choice shows up before you pay. If you forget to do this, just phone or email us right away and reference your name, order, and phone number.
Hot Weather Shipping
Chocolate candies cannot be shipped in hot weather, usually from June-September. Limited express carrier shipping during these months is possible, please call the Russell's store for advice. You can always pick up chocolate candies at the Russell's Store during hot weather months.
